Just a quick stop in Czech Reublic

After Germany and a 6 hour bus ride, my Aunt and I headed to Czech Republic.
Its a really small spot on the map.
First we went to
It felt like walking around main street of Disney land. So many colors.



A very unique gothic looking church


Before there were street names and signs. They used animals and other designs above the door

As we were walking around there where many street performers. This one really caught my eye. That is a real person on top of the stick. I had walked passed this one a number of times at one point I was there for 5mins.
How on earth did they do this?

This was another magical stop.
The money is beautiful


If you ever visit, make sure to get one of these amazing wafers.
They are huge and come in many flavors.

People from all over the world come here, because they think the water has magical healing powers. It just might. I did sample some. Each fountain temperature is different, be careful they are hot. It taste like sulfur. All the water comes from natural under ground hot springs.


This was another great stop. Another place that I would like to visit again.

Monterey Fun

My friend Skyler was leaving for a Coast Guard trade school. She is going to go for MST, that is a marina science technician. We thought we should go on one more trip before she left. So we  headed off to one of our favorite places MONTEREY. While we were there we thought it would be fun to go diving. SOOO we did what any mermaid would do but go to the local dive shop, rent some gear and went diving.  The weather was a perfect 80 degrees. The water temperature was a freezing 50 degrees.  (Just a little cold) Here are a few pictures of the dive. This was a large Sea Hare Slug. He was close to a foot long  (Fun fact they can grow up to 16in long) I have not seen so many sand dollars in one place.  It was a really neat thing to see. Welcome to

                                                               Scotland There should be no surprise that us girls would go here.  The first day we drove around and found a really cute B and B. The next day we picked up Kristlynne. ( that's Kristas sister in law) I know what your thinking two crazy gals was trouble but three crazy gals. All 3 of us have some kind of connection with Scotland. As we were driving back from Sterling we stopped at the  Kelpies . These horse heads are huge. They can be seen from the highway. DIY Wedding Ring Box

It's been a while since I shared a DIY project. My little brother got married, there's a few projects that I did for this joyous occasion. I am really excited about how they turned out. I wanted to share with everyone the Wedding ring box project. The bride has shown me a picture of one that she liked online. And I thought it would be an easy task to make one instead of buying one. I found this little box at Jo Ann's craft store. Frist I started by removing the hardware. Stained it a dark color. After that was done drying, it was painted with a cream color. Then lightly sanded the corners and some of the flat surfaces, for a rustic look. I used transferable paper to get the image onto the box. I had purchased a small thing of silk and used Polly fill, for where the rings will sit. I did have an oopsie, had put the words inside the lid upside down. It was an easy fix.
