Chicken wire frame

A few weeks ago I decide I was going to make a chicken wire frame. Don't truly relieve how much work it was going to take. But it was fun.
 SO lets get started......
First you'll need to buy a roll of chicken wire, staple gun, staples, wire cutters, glue and ribbon. Use extra care while cutting the wire. I had cut my self a few times. At one point I almost gave up.

Measure out the frame then cut out what you measured off the wire. Turn frame upside down on a soft surface. Get the staple gun ready. Lay the chicken wire on the frame (ensure it is even). Now staple away, just enough to hold the wire on. Now with the ribbon and glue lay around the edges to make sure that when you hang it the wall wont get scratched.
When done, this is what you get. A cute little frame to hand up notes, pictures and what ever your heart desires. Use clothes pins or paper clips.

Next time I will blog about what to do with the extra wire
Don't want to go through all that work. No problem you can purchase them for less than what it will cost to make it.

Oh, hello Paire

My Aunt and I hopped on a train to Paire from Germany. It was about a 3 hour train ride. Seats were comfy. If you can pay a little extra for the leg room. All aboard You can see much of the most beautiful country side this way.  Stopped for a spot of tea. YAY, its the Eiffel tower. I always thought it was amazing in pictures but to see it in person was breath taking.  Louvre  Saw the famous Mona Lisa . I would recommend making this your first stop. There can be a lot pushy people trying to get a look at her. Norte Dame  I had climbed the 402 narrow steps to the bell tower. While I was up there the bells where ringing. Such an amazing sound. I was able to record it on my phone. ( Cant figure out how to share it with you guys, sorry)  I don't remember how many steps it was to the very top of the tower. But I did it and once again the view was breath taki...

Welcome to

Scotland There should be no surprise that us girls would go here.  The first day we drove around and found a really cute B and B. The next day we picked up Kristlynne. ( that's Kristas sister in law) I know what your thinking two crazy gals was trouble but three crazy gals. All 3 of us have some kind of connection with Scotland. As we were driving back from Sterling we stopped at the  Kelpies . These horse heads are huge. They can be seen from the highway. A lot of creativity and work when into creating these. As an artist I can really respect what the artist has created. ...

Monterey Fun

My friend Skyler was leaving for a Coast Guard trade school. She is going to go for MST, that is a marina science technician. We thought we should go on one more trip before she left. So we  headed off to one of our favorite places MONTEREY. While we were there we thought it would be fun to go diving. SOOO we did what any mermaid would do but go to the local dive shop, rent some gear and went diving.  The weather was a perfect 80 degrees. The water temperature was a freezing 50 degrees.  (Just a little cold) Here are a few pictures of the dive. This was a large Sea Hare Slug. He was close to a foot long  (Fun fact they can grow up to 16in long) I have not seen so many sand dollars in one place.  It was a really neat thing to see. That little white speck is an octopus (Just a baby) That's me That's Skyler We also went  looking for Mermaid Tears (sea glass, found a good amount) and did some shopping...
